How a referral is paid.
No dashboard to log in to. A link, then a statement each month.
- Your link
- quotesooner.com/p/your-name. Share it however you like: in an email, a newsletter or your client resources.
- Thirty days
- A shop that signs up within 30 days of first opening your link, in the same browser, counts as your referral.
- Or tell us
- If a shop never clicked the link, or their browser asks not to be tracked, tell us and we’ll record it.
- $200 USD per shop
- Due once the shop’s second paid Shop invoice has settled, with nothing refunded.
- To you, or to them
- You choose once: we pay you, and you tell your client you’re paid for the referral, or we credit the $200 to the shop’s account.
- Paid monthly
- By Interac e-Transfer or PayPal, with a short statement of each shop and its status.

Who can join?
Advisors who work with CNC job shops of 5 to 50 people: QuickBooks ProAdvisors, bookkeepers and job-shop consultants. You don’t need to use QuoteSooner yourself.
Is anything paid for a shop on the Free plan?
No. Only for a shop on the paid Shop plan, once its second paid invoice has settled.
My professional rules restrict referral fees.
Choose credit. The $200 goes to the referred shop’s QuoteSooner account and nothing is paid to you.
What will you tell me about the shops I refer?
Each shop’s name, whether it subscribed, and whether your payment is due. Never its drawings, customers, prices or quotes.
What if you were already in touch with the shop?
A shop we were already in touch with before your referral doesn’t qualify. We’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Can either of us stop?
Yes, any time, by email. Referrals you made before then are still paid when they become due.
I run a shop and an advisor sent me here. What changes for me?
Nothing. Same plans, same price. The referral payment comes from us, not from you, and if your advisor chose credit, $200 comes off your bill.
