NewWon quotes post to QuickBooks Onlineon the Shop plan

For whoever does the quoting.

For the CNC shop owner or estimator who moves between the shop floor, customer calls and the next price to send.

The owner who still quotes
Pick up where you left off after the next interruption, with every open check still waiting.
The estimator building the price
Your rates, last time’s price and the drawing’s own words, on one screen.
The small team sharing the work
One request, one record of what was checked, with the quote sent as the shop.

Milling, turning and short runs.

The same worksheet for each: what changes is what you price.

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t.

Where it fits

Machined parts
Milling, turning and Swiss work, including prototypes and short runs. Outside processing on a machined part can be included. Castings, forgings and customer-supplied material too: mark the blank and price the machining from your rates.
You stay in control
Every detail shows where on the drawing it came from. The optional starting price learns from the quotes you send, and by default fills in only once five of them have come within 30% of it. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Alongside your ERP
QuoteSooner quotes. A won quote becomes an order with its PO number, a traveler PDF and an operations CSV, and your records export as CSV for the system that runs the job.

Not what it’s for (yet)

Other trades
Sheet metal, welding and fabrication, moulds and assembly estimating are outside the current scope.
Shop management
QuoteSooner is not an ERP: scheduling, purchasing and inventory stay in your existing systems, and there is no ERP connector. On Shop, a won quote posts to QuickBooks Online as an estimate or an invoice.
Controlled work
Defense-controlled and export-restricted drawings are outside the service’s scope.
