- The name on your QuoteSooner account, so we look at the right one.
- What you were doing
- The page you were on, what you pressed, and what you expected to happen.
- What the screen said
- Any message QuoteSooner showed, word for word, or a screenshot of it.
- The RFQ or quote number
- If it’s about one request, its number is enough. There’s no need to attach your customer’s drawings.

How do I connect QuickBooks Online?
On the Shop plan, the shop owner opens Settings, QuickBooks, presses Connect to QuickBooks and chooses the company the shop invoices from. Then choose the item quote lines post to and, if your company needs them, the tax codes.
How do I disconnect QuickBooks?
The shop owner opens Settings, QuickBooks and presses Disconnect from QuickBooks. QuoteSooner deletes its stored keys and revokes its access at Intuit. Estimates and invoices already posted stay in QuickBooks. To connect again, press Connect to QuickBooks on the same page.
What syncs between QuoteSooner and QuickBooks?
Nothing runs in the background. QuoteSooner reads your company’s name and currency, its items and tax codes, and its customers when you import them. It writes to QuickBooks only when someone presses Post on a won quote, which creates one estimate or invoice, or adds a customer from its page.
Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?
No. QuickBooks Online only.
What does the Free plan include?
